As your Event Planner, we want to help you create an event, which is a reflection of you and your celebration. That’s why we offer a personal consultation to assist you in refining your vision and developing a budget. You can also receive referrals of quality vendors who will help make your day exciting and affordable.

Full Production
This package includes the entire planning, organizing
and execution of the event.

We are present to make sure everything goes wonderfully.
Services Include: Planning Schedule; Vendor Selection;
Choice of Entertainment; Party/Event Guide;
Execution of all activities.

A la Carte Services
Besides the above mentioned packages, we also offer A la Carte Services. For someone not interest in going for the entire package, your Event Planner will help in arranging individual services. For example, arrange your entertainment and décor for the party only, or help in designing, printing and mailing of invitations as well as looking into the packaging and presentation. We will quote you a price for your event. Once you are fully ready to book your event, we will supply with our booking information, when that it received your 50% non-refundable deposit will be removed from your account and a written contract will be issued. Please note that once we receive your credit card number, we will charge your account. Your party booking is not based on a signed contract and your booking will be official and in our calender once your booking information is recieved in our office. Where we understand the need for cancellation, if you have the need or desire to cancel, your deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.
